OSP is a department within Catholic Family Center (CFC). CFC is a regional office of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Rochester.
The spirit of our work is rooted in Catholic Social Teaching which leads us not only to provide direct services for vulnerable people, but also to advocate for them and give voice to their concerns and needs.
