The Challenge Women’s Program provides outpatient chemical dependency treatment for women ages 18 and older (and their families) dealing with chemical dependency. The program offers group formats to assist with motivation for treatment, addiction education and group therapy. Our program is designed to address the special needs of women such as parenting, domestic violence and sexual abuse issues. Specialty groups are available to address parenting issues such as self-esteem and domestic violence.
ELIGIBILITY: Women 18 years and older with chemical abuse or dependency problems along with their family or significant others.
FEES: The program accepts third party insurance such as Blue Choice, Blue Cross, Preferred Care, Medicaid and Family Health Plus. For those without insurance, a sliding fee scale is available.
PROGRAM LOCATIONS: Program offices are located at 55 Troup Street, Rochester, New York 14608. Home visits may also be provided.
