Programs for Children & Families
Children and young people respond well to a healthy family life. But sometimes stress, substance abuse, developmental delays, and other debilitating factors can have a devastating impact.
We work hard to help families overcome these difficulties. We intervene in situations where children are at risk for abuse or neglect with the goal of preventing foster care placement. Our focus is on strengthening individual family members, thereby strengthening the whole family.

Programs for Adults & Seniors
Adults and Seniors in the Greater Rochester area have relied on Catholic Family Center since 1917. Since that time the agency has deepened its commitment to people of every age by offering a wide range of comprehensive, community-based services that promote independence and wellness.
Our professional staff and volunteers understand what is important to people through adulthood and into their later years. We respect every individual’s right to achieve optimum personal well-being through services that help people stay healthy and focused. Vital, independent adults make vital, independent seniors.
We are also specialists in dealing with caregiver issues. We have long recognized that sometimes even family caregivers need care. Our experienced Caregiver Resource Specialists can help caregivers make informed choices for their loved ones and for themselves.
