Reaching Out to the Community – Emergency Services Program
Our Emergency Services Program provides outreach and walk-in counseling, advocacy, financial assistance, crisis intervention, information and referral to assist the poor in obtaining resources/services.
Those seeking emergency assistance are given both immediate service and are helped to develop plans for self-sufficiency.
In addition, teen parents and women engaged in high risk lifestyles are provided case management services.

- Referrals for free eye exams & eyeglasses in conjunction with Project Eyecare
Case Management
Short term case management for individuals and families with more intensive needs. Sevices include:
- Crisis Intervention
- Counseling
Women at Risk
Provides assistance to women involved in the lifestyle of prostitution, or other high risk behavior, and includes individual counseling and treatment assistance. This program is in conjunction with Rochester City Drug Treatment Court.
Facilitated Enrollment
Qualified individuals and families can apply for Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus and Medicaid by calling, (585) 232-2050.
