The Cornerstone program serves individuals 18 years and older and their families affected by drug and alcohol use or dependency. The program serves both men and women, though CFC also offers a separate women’s program as well. Various groups within Cornerstone specialize in treatment for individuals dealing with past incarceration or current involvement with the criminal justice system. Treatment sessions are provided in both the day and the evening.
Specialty groups include substance abuse and anger management treatment.
All clients participate in individual, group and family therapy during their treatment at CFC. A Drug Court Case Manager is available to assist clients participating in the drug court process coordinating with relevant treatment providers. Evaluations are also provided onsite at the Division of Parole. Onsite work experience opportunities are available for those individuals needing the services.
ELIGIBILITY: Individuals 18 years and older with chemical abuse or dependency problems, along with their family or significant others.

PROGRAM LOCATIONS: The program accepts third party insurance such as Blue Choice, Blue Cross, Preferred Care, Medicaid and Family Health Plus. For those without insurance, a sliding fee scale is available. Special contracts assist with treatment costs for some individuals through the Federal Probation Department and the NYS Division of Parole.
