Life In Irondequoit

Life In Irondequoit is designed to make services and support available that maintain and/or increase the independence of people age 60 or older, within the town of Irondequoit.

Services provided can include: transportation, assistance with chores, case management, information and referral, and friendly visiting.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: You must be a Monroe County resident, 60 years of age or older, and live in the town of Irondequoit.

FEES: Services are provided free of charge, but donations are encouraged.

PROGRAM LOCATIONS: Administrative offices are located at Catholic Family Center.

INTAKE PROCESS: Call (585) 262-7050. Intake assessment done by staff over the phone or by home visit if needed for those with special needs. A service plan is developed and the client is matched with a paid driver or volunteers.
