Project Soar is an intensive, home based preventive case management and employee preparation program for non violent, TANF eligible women involved in the criminal justice system, as an alternative to incarceration. The women can be custodial or non-custodial parents of their children. The overall goal of the program is to help the women stabilize their families and get on the path to self-sufficiency.

INTAKE PROCESS: Eligible women must be referred by Monroe County Office of Probation's Alternatives to Incarceration Program or Pretrial Services Corporation of the Monroe County Bar Association.
