Both professional and volunteer staff provide services. The program does not include hands-on home care.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Residents of Monroe County aged 60 and above.
FEES: Donation based and Fee for service. Fees are specific to services provided.
PROGRAM LOCATIONS: Home-based
INTAKE PROCESS: Call (585) 262-7050. Intake assessment done by staff over the phone or by home visit, if needed for those with special needs. A service plan is developed and the client is matched with a paid driver or volunteers.
