Staffed by Licensed Social Workers, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and Board Certified Psychiatrists, our Mental Health Clinic provides evaluation, psychotherapy and medication treatment for individuals struggling with Mental Health issues.

New York State Kinship Navigator Information and advocacy for kinship caregivers

Kinship Navigator is a statewide program operated by CFC, providing information, referral, and an advocacy network for kinship caregivers across all of New York State.

Financial, Legal, Adult Guardianship Services Representative Payee Service

On behalf of Monroe County, CFC provides management of vulnerable individuals' SS/SSD/SSI benefit through appointment of Representative Payee; our Financial Coordinators will work with individuals to establish a suitable budget that will meet their basic needs of shelter, food and payment of any other bills that are needed.
