The following services are available to the Greater Rochester Community.
All of CFC's services, including those that require a professional referral source.
This four-year project will co-locate primary care providers with mental health and substance abuse treatment clinicians. Enabling us to more effectively address the physical health needs of behavioral health clients.
With your help, we can continue to break the cycle of generational poverty one family, one child, one life at a time.
Allyson’s daughter Lily had some words at 18 months old but then she lost them. Her doctor recommended Early Intervention Services. Now at the age 4 ½, Lily is preparing to start Kindergarten.

United Way Day of Caring brought 96 volunteers to 7 Catholic Family sites. Together, they did almost 500 hours of lawn work, painting, cleaning and organizing.
