For Emergency Referral:

Anyone who is currently homeless or at risk of being homeless, and is in need of emergency housing must go in person to the Monroe County Department of Human Services (DHS) at 691 St. Paul Street to be assessed for placement. The DHS “after hours” information line is (585) 442-1742 for after hours placement.

Walk-in Information:

  • Immigration Assistance
    Weekly walk-in hours are currently suspended, but we are seeing clients for urgent matters by appointment only. Clients may call (585) 546-7220 x4628 for assistance.
  • Chemical Dependency / Restart Outpatient Clinics
    79 North Clinton Avenue: Walk-in hours are Tuesday to Thursday, 8:30am – 12:00pm. All are welcome to call (585) 262-7000 to make an intake appointment or for more information.
  • Mental Health Clinics and Integrated Services
    At this time, we are not accepting new clients. Please call our clinic at (585) 262-7000 for more information, and to be added to our wait list. Thank you.
  • Community Resource Services:
