For Emergency Referral:

Anyone who is currently homeless or at risk of being homeless, and is in need of emergency housing must go in person to the Monroe County Department of Human Services (DHS) at 691 St. Paul Street to be assessed for placement. The DHS “after hours” information line is (585) 442-1742 for after hours placement.

Walk-in Information:

  • Immigration Assistance
    Walk-in clients seeking immigration assistance will be seen by immigration staff on Mondays only, between the hours of 1:00pm and 3:00pm.
  • Restart Substance Use Outpatient Clinic
    Open access hours available Monday - Thursday between the hours of 8:30am and 3:00pm and Friday from 8:30am and 1:00pm.
  • Community Resource Services:
    Walk-in hours are 9:00-1:00 Monday-Friday and appointments can be made between 2:00-4:00pm. We are closed between 1:00 and 2:00pm.
  • Mental Health Services:
    87 North Clinton: Mondays between the hours of 1pm and 3 pm; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday between the hours of 9am and 11 am
