Founded in 1917, CCFCS is Greater Rochester’s largest provider of comprehensive family services. Each year, CCFCS touches the lives of more than 33,000 people who came to us from all walks of life, cultures, faith traditions and socioeconomic levels. Our staff of more than 450 dedicated professionals includes social workers, case managers and counselors who conduct rigorous evidence-based practices across 17 locations.

Our base wage is now $17.25 for all Direct Care and Direct Support professionals at all CCFCS residential sites.

 


Our mental health and addiction treatment programs are certified by the National Health Service Corps. NHSC offers loan repayment and scholarship programs to clinicians on our team. Grow your career with us!

CCFCS offers four Aetna health insurance plan options to fit your needs, including three High Deductible Health Plans and one traditional co-pay plan, all partially funded by CCFCS.

You may elect voluntary dental coverage with plan features to control the costs of dental care. Our plan covers 100% preventative services, 80% basic services, 50% major services and orthodontic coverage. $1,250/member annual benefit offered by MetLife.

CCFCS offers a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) which allows an employee to set aside a portion of earnings to pay for medical and dependent care expenses. FSA is not subject to payroll taxes, resulting in payroll savings.
