Founded in 1917, CFC is Greater Rochester’s largest provider of comprehensive family services. CFC touched the lives of more than 33,000 people who came to us from all walks of life, cultures, faith traditions and socioeconomic levels. Our staff of more than 400 dedicated professionals includes social workers, case managers and counselors who conduct rigorous evidence-based practice across 17 locations.

The agency offers three health insurance plan options to fit you and your family's needs including the Signature High Deductible Plan as well as two traditional co-pay plans-Blue Choice 30 and Blue Choice 25, all offered though Excellus.

The CFC dental plan helps you and your family to control the costs of dental care. Our plan covers 100% of preventative services, 80% basic services and 50% major services as well as other coverage.

CFC offers a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) which allows an employee to set aside a portion of earnings to pay for medical and dependent care expenses. FSA is not subject to payroll taxes, resulting in payroll savings.
